More than 80% of Multiple myeloma (MM) patients suffer from destructive bony lesions, leading to pain, fractures, mobility issues, and neurological deficits. Multiple Bone disease (MBD) is not only the main cause of disability and morbidity in MM patients but also increases the cost of management. Thus, high clinical suspicion and prompt diagnostic evaluation are of prime importance to reduce the socioeconomic burden associated with the MM and comorbidities.

In this video, Dr. Jatin Sarin discusses Myeloma Bone disease and how early identification of symptoms is critical for better management of patients.
