Stenosis in two or more epicardial coronary arteries is defined as multivessel coronary artery disease (MVCAD). It is associated with higher mortality and poorer prognosis compared to single-vessel diseases. The available treatment options include antianginals, statins, and antiplatelet medications, coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG), and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). However, these therapies are performed based on the severity of ischemia, distribution of the vessel obstruction, and the presence of comorbidities.

To help you stay updated with the advances in the management of MVCAD, we bring you an exclusive Cardiac MasterSeries webinar by the eminent cardiologist, Dr. O P Yadava , on 17 th July 2022, 3:00 PM IST onwards.
