According to a recent study, mutation or knocking down of DEAD-box helicase 3, X-linked (DDX3X), an ATP-dependent RNA helicase gene, is related to chemoresistance in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) cells. However, NHL cells with DDX3X mutation or depletion remain sensitive to inhibitors of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3).
