Recently, Supreme Court in one of its verdicts after meeting with five medical experts ruled out excluding colour blinds from the medical course. I hope that most if not all of our colleagues here know the finest eventualities related with incompetent professionals in the health field and what havoc they could bring! The reason stated by the apex court is the compassion why one person should be prevented from pursuing medical course on a trivial matter. The point is this country consists of almost 1.4 billion heads, why we need incompetent even so trivial, candidates?
