Always get the name, age etc. correct before proceeding to write case sheet as medicolegal problems can arise later. Always never shy away from taking a detailed clinical history -history of surgeries, drug intake, allergies etc. spending time here will nearly clinch the diagnosis.
Please tell the patient if you are suggesting some clinical tests or radiological tests what they are before simply scribbling away tests and leaving the patient confused. Never ever shout at your patients at any given time. Remember they are sick and we are not. Share your practice tips.
