A 79-year-old man thought that his wife was poisoning him and stopped eating anything she had cooked. His family was concerned that his behavior had become more unpredictable. He had also started to become more and more suspicious of all his family members, particularly his wife. He had become more hostile and aggressive, which was a big change as he had always been a quietly spoken gentleman. His sleep was disturbed, and his appetite increased, resulting in some weight gain.
