NASA’s Test to Detect Causes of Dizziness

A team of doctors from Abu Dhabi has launched a specialized test called “EquiTest” to investigate the causes of chronic dizziness. This test, originally developed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), is used to test the balance of the astronauts. Having dizziness over a prolonged period is a cause of concern as it can adversely affect the quality of life. Patients with dizziness can feel incapable of working, thus hampering productivity. With accurate diagnosis and care, the problem of dizziness can be easily overcome to return to normal life.
