On this year’s Independence Day, the Government of India announced the launch of the National Digital Health Mission (NDHM). The establishment of NDHM is considered as the first step towards getting a digitized healthcare system. Following the central government and Health Ministry’s recommendations, the National Health Authority (NHA) has released its first draft that outlines the progressively incremental assurance based approach towards digitized healthcare system.
