In India, the National Nutrition Week is observed from 1st September to 7th September. This week is aimed towards increasing awareness about the importance of a controlled diet in leading a healthy life. The American Society was the first to observe National Nutrition Week, aiming to address the importance of nutrition and spread awareness among people.
