Present day senerio in field, lack of doctors quite common problem. Nobody is taking full step if ways are obscured. So day to day life of doctors is so hectic that society will have to pay in future. If no efforts done towards filling vacant posts and creating new posts especially in remote areas where nobody wants to work in hectic conditions.
MCI had already slashed faculty norms that there are only 3-4 medical teachers for 250 batch of students and rest are non-medical MSc teachers who never learnt any medical subject during their graduation and are non-authorised by MCI still in job in medical colleges for teaching medical students. While present days, there are easily availability of medical graduate and post graduates as teachers in government service. What should be the strategies to overcome this situation?
