Every person attending Emergency or in OPD or IPD aggrieved of so called not getting adequate quality investigations, treatment or cure of disease as per his/her expectation or understanding resort to attack. Doctors attending or treating with all possible means available to them starting from shouting, calling in name, blows, beating with, stones, bricks, lathi, rod or any sharp weapon or lethal firearm available.
