Everywhere state Govt setting up MBBS college. But there is already an oversupply of MBBS doctors. The problem arises since most of MBBS doctors killing their productive years inside dark study room for preparing for PG. The country could rectify this solution by establishing post graduate college at least two in each state of the country. Post graduate seat structure also need to change.
There should be at least 30 PG seat in each clinical branch (like undergrad) super specialty subjects also need to club with this program which will help. For example MS ( general surgery) there is no need to wastage of learning cholecystectomy when student is going to become neurosurgeon in future. So lot lot of super specialty subject clubbed with PG program to reduce number of years. Till now PG programme does not have the standard curriculum and standard course materials and structured lectures.…
