With the process of NEET examination the legal troubles are on. Recently a petition by a group of students demanding age relaxation was dismissed by the Supreme Court for NEET 2018. These students challenged the official organizer of CBSE about limiting the upper age of candidates to 25. According to the NEET 2018 notification the candidate must have completed 17 years at the time of admission.
The upper age limit for open category was 25 years while for SC/ST/OBC category it was 30 years. Last year the supreme court had scrapped the upper age limit for those aspiring to appear for NEET.
