Informer is mother: A 10 old baby with complains of increased crying, increased frequency of stool and change in the stool consistency. Baby is given top-up feeds sometimes, through spoon or feeder. WHAT CAN be the cause for the same? Infection or is it normal.

Asked her to increased frequency of breastfeed and avoid top-up feeds. Wondering if dicyclomine with semithicone/probiobiotics, can /should be given to this baby. Please advise.
