A 66-year-old male presented with syncope, he has a history of syncope (less than three episodes per year). He is hypertensive and diabetic well controlled on medications. He is on 25 mg metoprolol.
ECG, echo& Holter -normal. HUT tilt test is positive with cardioinhibitory response neuro cardiogenic syncope. Is there any role of pacemaker, please advice.
