Several molecules have been discovered and designed to target the underlying pathogenic pathway of dermal conditions. Biologics have gained further attention owing to their immunosuppressive ability. Here, we have listed a few newer molecules that have received approval from the USFDA to treat skin ailments while understanding their mechanism of action.
