This lady was admitted in hospital on 25--7--14 with C/O accelerated Hypertention and CAD, chest pain. ECG normal, TLC 22000 , urea s. Creatinine near normal. Next undergone coronary angiogram, found normal but developed fever with TLC 26000/ cu mm. Giben various antibiotctics for ten days, discharged with assurance and TLC 18000/ cumm that fever will subside with drugs prescribed but not !
Pt came to me I prescribed iv antibiotctics twice in 12days but TLC came to 12000/ cu and fever fixed to 99.4F.
