I attended a young pt of 25 years age, P1A0, last childbirth 2 years back, through LSCS at Army Hospital. For past 1 year she has been noticing a painful  swelling during menstruation, near scar more towards right end. Patient starts feeling pain and  increase in size of swelling about one week prior to onset of menses and it subsides after menses No history of any systemic illness in past/present. No h/o any other surgery. On exam, (it was an intermenstrual time) A soft to firm nodule, easily palpable about 3×2cm, in abdominal wall, with smooth surface  felt in scar area , about 3 cm from right angle of scar.

Not tender, no discharge from nodule. Patient has visited OPD at Army Hospital without satisfaction. I got her USS done which reveals a heterogeneous collection in sub-dermal area, n measures 2.8 × 2.3 cm. I have advised her some anti- inflammatory drugs n iron supplements (she is…
