A  45 yrs old lady develops cellulitis leg ,for which i prescribed her iv ceftriaxone and antinflammatory drugs, soon therafter she develpos non healing ulcer ,her blood sugar fasting 141 mg/dl and pp sugar 160 mg /dl . here is her picture .

is debridement will cure it or what next steps should i take. give expert opinion
