The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated the current year as the year of Nurses and Midwives. International Nurses Day is observed on 12th May to mark the tireless dedication of nurses towards saving lives and providing health care with love and kindness. The International Council of Nurses is celebrating this day every year since 1965.
