Nutritional deficiency Anaemia in India needs attention for correction of moderate to severe anaemia rather than thinking of other rare diseases. Geeta aged about 26 years Indian Hindu Female of childbearing age have severe debility & dyspnoea on rest grade 3.BP 90/60 mm of Hg,Pulse 108/Min, fast,CVS finding cardiac murmurs +nt.No other abnormality previously. Known to me since a decade.Suddenly fall ill.
No any H/O any illness known to me,as she was taking all medical treatment from me.Her Hb% was dramatically fallen to 4 Gms%.
