I want to know which is better for easy maintainance for a 110 bedded hospital with 20 bedded ICU, Liquid O2 or O2 Generator. Nobody gives 100% O2. Is it OK in compromising O2 % around 97% in liquid O2 & around 93% O2 generators.

They say this % is accepted in FDA. I want expert opinion regarding this doubt. Please clarify.
