Obstetrics postgraduates should be taught - Emergency Internal Iliac ligation, Bladder Bowel Ureter repairs, etc along with normal and C-sections. Routine regular inspection, identification of external, internal iliac vessels, ureters, etc. in every case- helps in easy handling of severe PPH cases. Obstetric postgraduates should show interest in learning- How to handle  most difficult Obstetric complications. For this they should identify all crucial nerves and vessels in each and every case. They should thoroughly learn repairing any damage without panic.

Lack of this training — is leading to panic in emergencies. Obstetricians often hurriedly call surgeons. (Though it is not a wrong practice to call for help).
