The prostaglandin analogues are one of the commonest anti-glaucoma drug used as a topical medication one drop once a day long term side effects are as follows:  Conjunctival congestion Chronic conjunctival hyperaemia Allergic conjunctivitis  Blepharitis Blepharon conjunctivitis Dry eye Trichomegaly Loss of periorbital fat Heterochromia Cystoid Macular oedema
