Recently I had come through this. Without prescription, drugs are being sent through courier by e-commerce or even local chemist delivering drugs at home through phone call. Is it legal? Is there any supervision?

Is there any data of drug abuse, or drugs causing harmful effects? Are patients taking proper dose and for proper duration?
