A 57 yr old male patient complaining of swelling of the left leg below the knee with mild pain since 2-3 days. On examination, he gave h/o difficulty on passing urine, feeling of fullness of bladder after urination, increased frequency of urine but no h/o of fever or dysuria. No h/o of trauma, injury, insect bite, any steroid therapy.
He is nondiabetic and his BP was 110/70 mmHg no h/o breathlessness. What could be the possible cause of oedema of one leg? Kindly suggest the diagnosis and its management.
