30 years female not known diabetic or hypertensive presented in emergency with the history of acute pain and paralysis of left lower limb, not able to stand or sit even, shifted to emergency bed by multiple attendants. There was no h/o any trauma, slipping on the floor or any febrile illness prior onset of symptoms. There is no significant past history or no neurological problems.

She is a school teacher, having 2 kids and all are doing well and husband was on a business tour. General examination revealed, very anxious look, pulse 90/min, bp 100/70.
