About one and half year back this baby born by cs in my assistance and did well till 3 months  developed excessive crying with high fever upto 104 F one night and E.coli UTI was diagnosed.So accord inject rx was instituted but fever prolonged for 3 -4 days so further raised doubt about VUR.So after rx MCUG was done which revealed left sided gr 4 VUR .She was put on antibiotic prophylaxis cefixime.About a month she remained well but again developed another episode of less severe febrile UTI which was successfully  treated.Prophylaxis continued and after 2 mnths proteus grew in her culture during this 3rd febrile UTI episode.Accord rx was instituted but they consulted a Urologist on their own and returned my medications next day.For another 3 months they followed the urologist but to my dismay one  night  was referred back to me complaining that she is always growing  +ve significant…
