One of my patient aged 36 years has complaints of on and off episodes of vertigo, the frequency of which has gradually increased coming at every 15 days. CT scan head is normal. There is no history of vertigo coming with change in position of head.

Nystagmus is not present always. Symptoms improve after taking vertin. Please suggest further line of treatment .
