I have a young male, 30 years, patient with c/o burning sensation at anal area after passing stools a/w fresh red blood in pan. He ws treated by me with sitz baths and gut antibiotics and laxatives and ointment having nifedepine 3% and local anaesthetic.

He was asymptomatic post 10 days treatment for 5 months when he comes again with same complaints. What else can be added in the treatment for him now?
