Young Muslim Male aged 35 yrs having severe relentless cough, oedema, anorexia, vomiting and insomnia. He is on ATT for the last 1 and a1/2mths. Pl fluid( ADA +ve ). Onset of polyserositis Pl effusion pericardial effusion and ascites for the last 8 yrs which started after an episode  of fever for 7 to 10 days.?
