A lady patient 64 years old having diabetes mellitus and hypertension has dry cough, weight loss, abdomen fullness and severe bloating since 3 years. All lab reports normal except very high titre of T.B.gold test. Endoscopy and CT, MRI of abdomen and chest not significant and suggests gastritis.

What is line of treatment? Any plans for latent tuberculosis?
