A 40 years old male patient has Lichen Planus of buccal mucosa. He has white lacy patches as well red slightly swollen areas with burning pain and discomfort on eating.

He has tried systemic and topical steroids in the past with temporary relief. Though there is no cure but what is the best possible treatment to ease his symptoms?
