A 12 yrs old girl having fever and cough for last one month. Her x-ray chest PA shows collapsed right lung. Monteaux is negative. Sputum for AFB is negative. Gastric Aspirate CBNAAT negative for AFB. She has been given course of oral and IV antibiotics for two weeks.
But fever is persisting. All other blood test for fever like malaria, typhoid, scrub, urine are negative. USG chest shows no fluid. TLC was slightly raised after antibiotics course came down but fever persisted. What else should be done?
