A 33 yr old lady presented with severe dysmenorrhoea & menorrhagia. On USG examination multiple fibroids with rt sided ovarian cyst 3.4×4.2c m, endometrium 7cm thick.
Hb 8mg, platelets, TC normal. Can she be treated with OC?
