A lady of 25 years,had fever on 7-10-17. On 8-10-17 investigations done TLC 1400, platelets 81000, put on paracetamol and multivitamin.ON 10-10-17 investigations TLC 800/ only, platelets 75000., Fever is moderate and with mild shivering.Today her BP is 70/50 mm Hg ,pulse normal.,Hydration normal,spleen ,feeling extreme weakness and giddiness.
Her S.TSH 27.5 ,D3-21, B-12 --215 TLC 3750 , Hb 9.5 gm left without treatment for two months, she had episodes of depression after her first delivery which was treated. What treatment would you suggest for this patient?
