A 78 yr female c/o generalised pain and low grade  fever    with diabetes mellitus controlled on drugs. Her all investigations are normal except anti ccp - 200, esr -50, CRP-20. The pt is on methotrexate-15 and supplements .

Her fever is persistent in spite of antibiotics. Kindly advise on the treatment.
