My patient is a 26 aged lady with a child of 4 years. She was learning some dance class and suddenly her right knee pain starts. There is tender feeling over the tibial insertion of the medial collateral ligament.

She had cancer history long before. I gave her diclofenac and told her to go to rheumatologist. What was possible problem?
