A 7-year-old-male presented with a history of acute onset of hematuria, dysuria, and suprapubic pain. The patient also described urinary frequency, urgency, urge urinary incontinence, and passage of blood clots in the urine. No associated fever, URTI, flank pain, or bleeding from any other site. The patient had an uneventful birth history with normal developmental milestones.
