Patient aged 50 years reported for pain during eating and pain in ear since last 4 5 days ,on examination ,palatal erythema with ulcer were observed, he has habit of smoking Bidi since long. Adviced him injection B complex gel(ulcer), good hydration,and ear drops. Patient now has less pain ,but still there is pain in ear.

Should we should go for biopsy? As if palatal ca may be causing some pain in ear Atttaching recent photograph.
