A Patient with kidney disease was advised dialysis thrice a week in the hospital. During dialysis, the condition of the patient deteriorated and relatives asked dialysis operator to call the doctor but, he refused and said that doctor will visit as per schedule. The patient died, the complaint was filed with consumer Redressal forum where the hospital was directed to pay a huge compensation.
