Around 2 am, an attendant of an unconscious patient who went for a natural call, on coming back saw a staff nurse, paramedical workers near his patient's bed. His patient has a swelling on forehead. He came to know from a nearby attendant about falling of his patient from bed.

He made a large hue and cry and started threatening of going to court. My query is: Who can be held responsible in this case-doctor, staff nurse, paramedics or the patient' s attendant?
