How do you confirm the identity of your patient and make sure that the report belongs to the same person, reported a few months ago? Some patients may give false information. For example, one patient by name A comes to you and gets his blood group checked but gives his name as B and takes the report. After some time, the person B comes to you and accuses you of giving the wrong report and files a case.
This may happen with HBsAg, ECG or even in some clinical cases in any practical way. How to deal with such cases? Share your experiences.
