I recently came to know about post graduation in Germany. What I heard from the agent is that we need to clear german language exam and then attend interviews at any hospital of choice. It may cost 14 lakhs for First year of staying. After getting into any Hospital we will be getting stipend every month.

But not sure how tough it might be. Kindly post ur valuable opinions. Thanks.
