A 62 year old male with past history of controlled diabetes Mellitus and laparoscopy cholecystectomy done for gall bladder calculus 6 years back; now presented with acute abdominal pain in the middle of night x-ray done to rule out subacute obstruction CT scan contract done findings are CBD dilated 10mm with stricture. Patient posted for ERCP no obvious calculus seen biopsy and cytology sent now report showing cytology no malignant cell biopsy show occasionally atypical glands suspicious of maligancy initial bili was 4 now it is 1.7 What should be done next?
