A young female 31yrs old came with complaint of absent periods since last 6 months. She had one normal delivery 8yrs back which was uneventful. On investigations USG was normal. TSH normal. Serum fsh & LH levels raised more than 100 units. Serum prolactin normal.

MRI scan of head was normal. Serum estradiol levels were decreased. CBC; LFT'S, RFT'S were normal. She now wants to conceive. How to manage the case?
