I keep getting patients who are on Acenocoumarol with regular monitoring of INR values. Could anyone please suggest what are the criterias and duration of follow up. As a gp can we monitor and regulate the dose and do a follow up of such cases and how to go about.
What may be the INR values and the follow-up. Please suggest.
