A patient 26 years of age 49 kg, primary infertilty of 1 year, having secondary amenorrhea after taking hakim medication for psorasis 3 yrs back. She gives h/o menstruate only she take hormonal prepartions like progylton, primulute n etc for last 3 yrs. Her menarche age was 13 yrs and cycle regular 4-5/30 before 3 yrs.
For infertility workup her usg shows uterus 6.5*1.4*2.9cm, et 3.9mm, right ovary 2.7*1.4cm, left ovary 2.5*1.4cm, hormonal profile is s/fsh 3.23, s/lh 11, s/amh 19.51, s/testosterone 31.22, s/prolactin 59.60, s/tsh 2.11. Husband semen analysis normal. Kindly suggest diagnosis and treatment line for infertilty .
