Continuous deteriorating conditions of health service in India. It's very shocking that, as per WHO rating India rank is 112 th while our neighborhood country Bangladesh stood 88 th. It's a real question on our medical systems. Somewhere we are lacking, something is missing.
We must encourage performance based practice (PBP) in India after lot of research or doing extensive work. Every doctor must get Performance bonus on the basis of their patients feedback and completely abolish commission based practice, if we really want to see change. Do you think, PBP will work to improve our healthcare?
