A patient of 48 years, has hypertension but well control. Now her problem is her irregularity of menstrual period. It is occurring twice in a month since a year or so.

She is otherwise alright. No history of menstrual irregularity previously. Kindly suggest the possible cause of recent illness and its treatment.
